Our site is secured using SSL encryption, meaning all transmission of data to and from are encrypted using strong ciphers. This means the data you share with us via the contact form will be made unreadable by any interceptors, should they be successful in gaining access to it. The computers we use in our office are password-protected, and the office is securely locked when we are closed.

Information about you and your appointment are stored electronically on our office computers, and are backed up to secure cloud servers. Any paper records we have are kept in secure filing cabinets, to prevent unauthorised access.

How long we store your personal data
We keep records of you and your appointments for a minimum of 7 years. We understand the nature of our work, and our relationship with you as our clients. Therefore it is important not to inconvenience you with repeated health / enquiry questionnaires when you visit. We understand some clients visit us on a regular basis, while others may not visit us for over a year between each appointment.

Why we store your personal data
Due to the nature of our work, it is absolutely paramount that we have any and all relevant medical history records from you. We also need to keep details of any appointments you've had prior to your visit, so that we can decide on the best and most appropriate course of treatment for you.
Further to this, your contact information is collected so that we can contact you, should we need to.

We are committed to privacy. Therefore, we do not - under any circumstances, share or transmit any of your personal data to anyone else.

Right of access: You have the right to request access to any personal data we hold on you, and we are under obligation to provide this to you in a reasonable space of time.
